We are regenerative market gardeners in Waipa. We supply the public and local restaurants, cafes and reseller shops with premium salads, herbs, rare variety vegetables & staples. It's a different eating experience!

Our focus on the soil health and working by hand, rather than machine gives the food its exceptional flavours.... salads will no longer taste 'green'.

 

You WON'T find:     Sprays, chemicals or even commercial fertiliser on our farm

You WILL find:        Sifted compost (we make ourselves), manual garden tools, bees and flowers
